By inviting Leviathan to your Discord server or using any of its commands, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please remove the bot from your server.
You may use Leviathan solely for lawful purposes. You agree not to use the bot to harass, abuse, or harm others, to spam, flood, or disrupt Discord servers, to attempt to exploit, reverse-engineer, or circumvent any security measures, or to violate Discord's own Terms of Service.
Leviathan stores per-guild configuration data including enabled modules, whitelisted users/roles, mod logs, warn records, banned words, and reminder data. This data is stored solely to provide bot functionality and is never sold or shared with third parties.
We strive for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Leviathan may be offline for maintenance, updates, or unforeseen technical issues. We are not liable for any loss resulting from downtime.
Leviathan performs automated moderation actions based on server owner configuration. NISPAX InfoTech is not responsible for any moderation actions taken by the bot within your server. Server owners and administrators are responsible for configuring the bot appropriately.
We reserve the right to terminate or restrict access to Leviathan at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these terms. You may remove the bot from your server at any time.
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the bot after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will announce significant changes in our support server.
