Leviathan collects and stores only the minimum data required to function: Guild (server) IDs and configuration settings, User IDs for whitelists, warn records, blacklists, AFK status, and reminders, Channel IDs for log and antinuke configuration, and Message content temporarily in memory for snipe functionality (never persisted to disk).
All collected data is used exclusively to provide Leviathan's features within your Discord server. We do not use your data for advertising, analytics, or any purpose other than bot functionality.
Data is stored in JSON files on our server infrastructure. We take reasonable measures to protect stored data but cannot guarantee absolute security. Data is stored per-guild and is isolated between servers.
Guild data is retained as long as Leviathan remains in your server. When the bot is removed from a server, associated guild data may be deleted. You can request data deletion by contacting us through our support server.
We do not sell, trade, or share your data with third parties. Data is never transmitted outside of our infrastructure except as required by Discord's API to deliver bot responses.
You have the right to request access to data we hold about your server, request deletion of your server's data, and opt out by removing the bot from your server. Contact us via our support server to exercise these rights.
Leviathan operates within Discord's platform. Discord's own Privacy Policy applies to all data processed through their platform. Please review Discord's Privacy Policy at discord.com/privacy.
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify users of significant changes through our support server. Continued use of the bot constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
